Kings of the Picts

The Kings of the Picts were ancient rulers of the kingdom of Pictland, which existed from the Late Iron Age to the Early Middle Ages in what is now modern-day Scotland. Pictish society, characterized by its distinct art and mysterious symbols, was one of several Celtic kingdoms in the British Isles. Over time, the Picts played a significant role in resisting Roman and subsequent invasions.
