Charles III

Charles III, born Charles Philip Arthur George on 14 November 1948, ascended to the British throne in 2022 following the passing of his mother, Queen Elizabeth II. Prior to his accession, as the Prince of Wales, he was the longest-serving heir apparent in British history. His tenure as Prince of Wales was distinguished by his advocacy for environmental protection, organic farming, and climate change awareness, marking him out as a royal deeply concerned with global sustainability and conservation.
